🧪 Champion Adjustments in Lol Patch 25.13

Buffs:

Fiddlesticks: Increased AP scaling on his [W] Bountiful Harvest from 40% to 45%. 

Gangplank: Reduced mana cost on [Q] Parrrley and decreased cooldown on [R] Cannon Barrage. 

Irelia: Enhanced attack speed per stack of her passive, Ionian Fervor, from 7.5–25% to 10–25%.

Kindred: Reduced cooldown on [R] Lamb’s Respite from 180/150/120 seconds to 160/140/120 seconds. 

Nidalee: Increased damage scaling on [Q] Javelin Toss based on distance traveled.

Rammus: Increased health growth per level from 94 to 100 and enhanced resistances on [W] Defensive Ball Curl. 

Nerfs:

Ryze: Reduced base damage and increased mana cost on [W] Rune Prison.

Twisted Fate: Increased cooldown on [R] Destiny from 160/130/100 seconds to 170/140/110 seconds.

Vi: Decreased shield amount from 14% to 12% of maximum HP on her passive, Blast Shield.

Yorick: Reduced base armor from 39 to 36.

Adjustments:

Briar: [W] Blood Frenzy attacks can no longer be canceled, and [E] Chilling Scream’s post-cast time reduced from 0.25 seconds scaling with attack speed to a flat 0.15 seconds. 

🗺️ Map Updates

ARAM: Two new maps, Koeshin’s Crossing and Butcher’s Bridge, have been added to the ARAM rotation, alongside the classic Howling Abyss. 

Arena: The Arena mode returns for a 12-month run, allowing players to engage in intense 2v2v2v2 combat once again. 

🎨 Spirit Blossom Act 2

New Skins: Spirit Blossom Akali, Hwei, Karma, Kayle, Nidalee, and Morgana (Exalted) join the roster, with Prestige Spirit Blossom Zed also available. 

Battle Pass Updates: The Act 2 Battle Pass introduces new rewards, including Blue Essence, Orange Essence, Mythic Essence, and Hextech Chests.
